Russell Liquidations Refund Policy

At Russell Liquidations, your satisfaction matters to us. We take pride in offering quality products at liquidation prices and want you to shop with complete confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

💰 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refund requests within 14 days of delivery.
If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all parts and accessories included.

🔁 How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at support@russellliquidations.shop within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include the following in your message:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief reason for the return

  3. Photo or video evidence if the item arrived damaged or defective

Once your return request is reviewed, our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and return instructions.

⚙️ Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note, shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or physically damaged items (not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects)

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, email kevin@russellliquidations.shop with your order details and images of the issue.
